LIFT is established to make future happen.

 

However, the future is not just happening to us, we are imagining and building it every day. This year LIFT Future is observing and experimenting with the boundaries of art and tech, and how these two contribute to each other.

 

Hanna Haaslahti is telling what it means to build a totally new immersive experience. In ‘Captured’ our double self is doing things we can’t control. Iina Taijonlahti is dancing with Robot Momo. She is exploring how we experience the difference between a human and a robot.

 

Within this theme artists will discuss how art could make a difference and change the world. Everybody can join the discussion: What is next and what we want the future to look like?
